Frequently Asked Questions!
It usually takes 1-3 working days to finish the drawings; 10 to 15 working days for sample orders; 20 to 30 working days for Mass production.
We can’t send you a quote unless you can send us your drawings or you confirm the drawing we made for you. Please fill in the online form first.
After you confirm our draft drawings, we will send you a quotation, you can see the unit price, the tooling fee, and the other details.
We usually refund the tooling charge for molds once your order quantity is up to 50,000 pcs. You deduct the tooling fee from your next payment.
When we make small trial orders （below the MOQ）for our customers, it will incur NRE(Non-Recurring Engineering). You have to pay for it every time when you place a small trial order and it is nonrefundable.
It is a 100% custom-made product. Usually, we only have a few samples left. You can place the first trial order below MOQ， we will do it for you at no extra cost. But you place the second and the future orders below MOQ, we are going to require a nonrefundable one-time start-up fee for each time. We can’t make any profit by making these small trial orders because of the complicated production process.
The bigger the order and the cheaper the price. The more the better.

We can’t accept the payment term of L/C or OA 30 days / 60 days.
You can make small payments (less than 500 USD) to our company PayPal account: displaybly@gmail.com. Please pay for the PayPal commission fee.
You can make big payments to our company bank account. Please pay for the bank charges.

1.As we mentioned before, it is a 100% custom-made product. If you suddenly change your mind and you don’t want it anymore, we can’t sell it to anyone. It is not fair that we take all the risks.
2.After the China New Year of 2021, the prices of ICs are soaring. We have to wait in line and make 100% payment before we can get them. If we can’t get any deposit, we will suffer from severe financial pressure.
